OC Cleaning Pros provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Orange County, California, including but not limited to:

• Standard cleaning services
• Deep cleaning services
• Move-in/move-out cleaning
• Office and commercial cleaning
• Recurring cleaning services
• Same-day cleaning services

Specific services, pricing, and availability may vary based on location and scheduling.

Booking and Scheduling

Appointments: All cleaning services must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email. Same-day services are subject to availability.

Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation of your booking via email or phone. Please review the details and notify us immediately of any errors.

Access: You must provide access to the premises at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the property, you may be charged a service fee.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

No-Show: If you are not present at the scheduled time and we cannot access the premises, you will be charged the full service fee.

Pricing and Payment

Quotes: Pricing estimates are based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition and size of the space.

Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods as specified at the time of booking.

Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Recurring Services: For recurring service plans, payment will be automatically charged to your payment method on file according to the agreed schedule.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your space and cleaning needs
• Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items before service
• Inform us of any pets, hazards, or special considerations
• Provide a safe working environment for our team
• Notify us of any areas requiring special attention or to be avoided
• Inspect the cleaning results and report any concerns within 24 hours

Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion, and we will:

• Return to address any areas of concern at no additional charge
• Work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction

This guarantee does not apply to issues caused by factors beyond our control or client responsibilities not fulfilled.

Liability and Insurance

Insurance: OC Cleaning Pros is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Our insurance covers damage caused by our negligence during the provision of our services.

Damage Claims: If you believe our service has caused damage, you must notify us immediately and within 24 hours of service completion. We will investigate and work to resolve the matter appropriately.

Limitations: We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage to items not properly secured, or damage resulting from hidden defects or normal wear and tear.

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to any client at our discretion, including but not limited to situations involving unsafe working conditions, aggressive behavior, or repeated cancellations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OC Cleaning Pros's total liability for any claims related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold OC Cleaning Pros harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
